For Zalmen's Mitzvah Project, he planned to visit senior housing facilities to share concerts of his music and visit with residents. The plan changed when the pandemic hit, and Zalmen's project moved online. Thus far, he has shared nine video concerts with senior living facilities, facebook and youtube fans of all ages, and possibly several local access television stations.

The project continues, and Zalmen intends to continue releasing concerts through the summer and perhaps beyond. He still hopes to visit each of the places his videos have reached in person when it becomes safe to do so again.
